Bartenev I.M., Petkov A.F. ANALYSIS OF STRUCTURES AND WORK PROCESSES OF TECHNICAL FACILITIES FOR PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF FOREST FIRES BY SOIL

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-5-11

Abstract: The analysis of designs of domestic and foreign ground-throwing machines and conducted research on extinguishing a forest grass-roots fire by throwing soil. It is established that for carrying out high-quality preventive and forest fire works, it is advisable to use technical means that combine active and passive working bodies in their design. This will allow combining the process of pre-treatment of soil and further release of loosened soil in a given direction, as well as significantly increase the efficiency of the technological process of creating mineralized strips. Based on the mathematical model, the working surfaces of the soil-laying machine are represented as a set of elementary triangles with vertex coordinates and the nature of soil movement is studied. The main part of the flying soil (about 70 %) settles in the band from 1.5 to 3.0 m from the border of the machine. However, part of the ground gets a high initial velocity and such an angle of release that it reaches a distance of 20 to 40 m. To study the movement of the elements of the ground-thrower, equations of motion of the mechanical system in the form of Lagrange equations of the second kind are compiled. It was found that when the values of the depth of the casing-Ripper are from 0.25 to 0.3 m, the best indicators of the range of soil discharge and productivity are observed (20 m and 0.07 m3 / s, respectively), and the power consumption is in the permissible range (17 kW). It is concluded that the ground-throwing equipment should be considered only as part of a combined machine that will allow you to remove the forest floor from the path of the unit, preventing its release into the fire zone, and protecting the working bodies of the unit from the root system of trees. The highly efficient design of the unit with technical solutions is proposed, which allows performing work on stopping and localizing fire.

Drapalyuk M.V., Bukhtoyarov L.D., Pridvorova A.V. RELATIONSHIP OF THE TYPE OF WORKING BODY OF THE BRUSH CUTTER WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF CUTTING WOOD-SHRUB VEGETATION

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-12-16

Abstract: To remove unwanted tree and shrub vegetation, it is necessary to use mechanized implements aggregated with traction means - tractors. The power consumption of the drive of these tools depends on their mass and the principles of the cutting process. Currently, mulchers, which are designed to grind felling residues with a diameter of tens of centimeters, remove shrubs with a diameter of up to several centimeters, which leads to unreasonably high costs for this type of work. The article studies the designs of frames and working bodies of brush cutters, which are a rotor rotating in a horizontal plane with a knife fixed on a flexible connection or hinge. On the basis of the structures, hypotheses have been put forward about the advisability of using the considered types of working bodies when cutting tree and shrub vegetation, taking into account its diameter. Using the presented connections between the types of working bodies and their ability to cut tree and shrub vegetation, it was revealed the possibility of developing narrowly focused mathematical models, which will reduce the energy consumption of hedge trimmers and increase their efficiency. The presented designs of rotors themselves are also insufficiently studied from the point of view of kinematics and dynamics of movement of their links, which is of certain scientific interest.

Popikov P.I., Pozdnyakov A.K., Malyukov S.V. JUSTIFICATION OF PARAMETERS OF AUGER WORKING BODIES FOREST FIRE PROOFING MACHINES

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-17-23

Abstract: The paper provides an overview of the research of the working processes of the screw working bodies of technological machines. It is shown that at present such an issue in the theory of auger working bodies as the number of auger turns is necessary, what position of the auger spiral should be in relation to the center, etc. is not completely solved, the solution of these issues can provide increased productivity. In modern conditions, caused by global climatic changes in the world, the requirements for the conditions for the protection of forest zones have increased, which makes it necessary to increase funds for fighting fire in forests and increase the raw material and financial base of specialized forest protection services, which is due to the constant search for new and improvement of old methods of forest fire elimination. Special ground-throwing machines have the greatest efficiency, but they do not have working equipment for pushing combustible materials in the form of a ground cover, dead wood, and felling residues. For these purposes, in our opinion, the most suitable auger working bodies installed in front of the rotor-throwers. Modeling of the working process of screw working bodies is based on the particle dynamics method. In the process of modeling, the forest litter is made in the form of a set (about 5000) spherical elements in diameter, which interact with each other and with the working surfaces of the auger working bodies. The working surfaces of the screw drum are represented from the lateral surface of the cylinder, modeled as a separate geometric figure, and 200 triangles forming a helical surface. It was found that the optimal cutting depth is 8-10 cm, at which the auger almost completely cleans the working strip from the soil layer, but at the same time is not too deeply buried to cause large power losses. The identified main parameters of the auger working bodies will be used to create an effective forest fire ground-throwing machine.

Stroganova K.R., Shanin I.I. COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE USED METHODS OF FOREST RESTORATION OF GREEN ZONES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-24-29

Abstract: The article examines the advantages and disadvantages of methods for restoring forest areas lost due to forest fires, illegal logging. The most relevant methods of reforestation measures for the reproduction of green zones in Russia have been identified, taking into account the reasons for the negative impact and the relationship of tree and shrub plantations with the nature of recreation. A comparative analysis of the methods of reforestation used in the formation and reconstruction of forestry areas is presented. The study determined that the most effective method for restoring forest areas is artificial reforestation. Today, most of the forest area is restored using traditional methods, including natural methods. It should be noted that regular forest fires have a detrimental effect on forestry and the country's ecology as a whole; here it is necessary to use the most effective methods aimed at accelerating the renewal of forest resources. The use of the artificial method of reforestation allows the use of seedlings both with an open root system and with a closed one, which are more resistant to various pests and diseases.

Titov E.V. BIOECOLOGICAL BASES OF INTERMEDIATE USE LOGGING IN NUT-PRODUCING AREAS OF CEDAR FORESTS

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-30-34

Abstract: An increase in the production of scarce pine nuts provides for the creation of a reliable base of walnut harvesting in walnut-producing zones. A significant part of them (10.6 million hectares) does not correspond to the intended purpose and is used irrationally in the absence of documents regulating economic activity. The basis of the base being created can be cedar forest gardens of the near-settlement type, formed by intensive intermediate felling. They should contribute to the formation of the maximum volume of the female generative layer - the basis of the crop - by the age of the highest nut productivity. Bioecological features of the formation of the female generative layer depending on the lighting conditions and the age of the trees are described. It forms on the illuminated part of the crown, closer to the top, and its volume depends on the closeness and age of the trees. Female sexualization is characteristic of shoots of younger orders of branching and younger age. Older shoots and branching orders are characterized by male sexualization. After complete lightening, the female generative layer grows upward, and its volume increases. With moderate lightening, simultaneously with upward growth, branches in the lower part of the fruiting layer are reborn, and its volume changes slightly. The female generative layer is not formed in the middle and lower parts of the trunk after clarification. In clean closed 120-year-old cedar forests, narrow, 70-80% non-fruiting crowns with a highly raised fruiting layer are formed in trees. Its volume is 60-70% less than that of freely growing cedars. Clarification of trees at this age, with a decrease in the recommended fullness to 0.5, is ineffective. The female generative tier will no longer reach the biologically possible potential: in the middle and lower parts of the trunk, the branches of female sexualization are replaced by male and growth shoots. The upward expansion of the female generative layer will provide only a limited reproductive effect. Cutting operations 40 years earlier, i.e. at 80 years old, will increase the potential volume of the fruiting layer to 42-50%, and nut productivity by almost 1.5 times.rease the potential volume of the fruiting layer to 42-50%, and nut productivity by almost 1.5 times.

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-40-46

Abstract: TiOх coatings are obtained by magnetron sputtering on a glass substrate, followed by vacuum photonic annealing to modify the coatings. Absolutely all samples obtained in the process of magnetron sputtering contained nonstoichiometric phases in their composition, and different O2 concentrations in plasma corresponded, in general, to different nonstoichiometric oxides, which may indicate the preferable formation of different TiO2 phases through different nonstoichiometric phases. It has been shown that with an increase in the oxygen concentration in the magnetron plasma, the structure of the coatings changes from amorphous to anatase-rutile (with a predominance of anatase). X-ray studies of the obtained samples of coatings have been carried out, which establish the role of oxygen in the crystallization of TiOx coatings, the effect of vacuum photon annealing on the formation of the anatase phase. It has been established that thermal treatment by photonic vacuum annealing at sufficiently low temperatures (350 ° C) promotes the recrystallization of all phases present in the coating into anatase phase.

Aksenov A.A. MANAGING INNOVATION WITH ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-47-53

Abstract: Artificial intelligence is changing companies and how they manage innovation. Rapid technological development and the replacement of human labor with artificial intelligence can force management to rethink the entire innovation process of the company. Using the ideas of the Carnegie School and the behavioral theory of the firm, the implications for innovation management of artificial intelligence technologies and artificial intelligence systems based on machine learning were considered. A diagram is presented showing the extent to which artificial intelligence can replace humans. It is shown what aspects should be taken into account when transforming into a digital organization of innovations. It is noted that artificial intelligence plays a constructive role where the time-tested advantages of innovation management resources are suppressed, impossible due to digitization. The clear potential of artificial intelligence lies in creating a more systematic approach by integrating artificial intelligence into organizations seeking to innovate. The results of the study point to areas in which artificial intelligence systems can already be fruitfully applied in organizational innovation, namely, in cases where the development of new innovations is primarily constrained by the limitations of information processing. Artificial intelligence systems that rely on anomaly detection, for example, can be useful when firms grapple with processing constraints in search of new opportunities.

Zinovyeva I.S., Elchaninova E.A. NON-CURRENT SETTLEMENTS IN THE MODERN ECONOMIC SPACE

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-65-70

Abstract: The paper considers the development of a system of cashless payments in Russia, as well as in the regional context, using the example of the regions of the Central Black Earth Region and Voronezh Region over the past two years. The concept of non-cash payments and the main advantages of their use (flexibility of payments, transparency of all payments, exclusion of counterfeit banknotes, reduction of costs of economic entities for storage and collection of cash, etc.) are designated. Based on the research data of the SberData project from Sberbank, a comparison is made of regional and average statistics of the country, the level of penetration of cashless payments into the settlement system in 2018-2019 is determined. both at the end of the year and quarterly. It is noted that over 10 years the share of card payments has grown 10 times. Due to the expansion of the spread of non-cash payments and their demand, the share of cash use when paying for most goods and services is less than 50%. Categories were identified in which the population prefers banknotes more and the reasons for choosing this method of payment are determined. The differences between the regions by the percentage of citizens using cashless payments are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, tendencies in the development of cashless payments in the Central Black Earth Region were identified.

ZinovyevaI.S., Cherednichenko A.S. REGIONAL SUPPORT MEASURES THAT HELP OVERCOME UNEMPLOYMENT

DOI10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-71-76

Abstract: This work is devoted to considering the level of unemployment in the regional labor market. According to the RIA Rating Agency, a comparative analysis of the unemployment rate in the regions of the Central Chechen Republic for 2018-2019 was carried out, data on the unemployment rate in the Voronezh region for 2015-2019 are given. the results of which revealed a decrease in the unemployment rate over the past five years by 0.9 points. Since high unemployment can lead to serious consequences (exacerbation of the criminal situation in the region, increased crime, which in turn will lead to lower living standards, etc.), measures have been proposed to reduce unemployment in the region, such as: regional regulations governing the creation of additional jobs in sectors of the economy, support for small businesses, development of the affordable housing market, increase in wages, etc. Unemployment, being a rather dangerous phenomenon, requires an employment policy aimed at addressing the primary tasks and mitigating the consequences, as well as at preventing and preventing the growth of unemployment in the future. As a result, it was concluded that it is necessary to improve the regional labor market and approach to organizing and shaping the effective functioning of the employment system and social protection of the population.

Ivanovа A.V., Seredin D.I. APPROACHES TO REGULATION OF THE VOLUMES OF ACCUMULATION OF SOLID MUNICIPAL WASTE IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION: EXPERIENCE OF REGIONS

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-77-84

Abstract: The paper considers approaches to standardizing the volumes of accumulation of solid municipal waste in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The analysis of normative legal acts, which determine the specific norms of solid municipal waste at the regional level, is carried out. In the work, based on the results of the conducted scientific research, general and particular factors have been identified that take into account the socio-economic characteristics of the region, which govern the regions when determining the accumulation standards. It has been proved that the differentiation of the standards for the accumulation of solid municipal waste, applied in practice, does not lead to an increase in the forecast accuracy, significantly complicating the calculations. Approaches are proposed for optimizing the system for calculating the accumulation rate, taking into account the main socio-economic conditions, which, according to the authors, will have a greater effect on the real volume of accumulation of solid household waste: the unevenness of their formation in natural and climatic zones and geographic conditions, living standards, as well as seasonal characteristics of movement and place of residence of the population at different periods of time. We believe that it is necessary to develop a unified approach to monitoring the standards for the accumulation of solid household waste, based on indicative assessments of each factor with a different degree of their influence. In the future, the proposed approach will make it possible to provide reliable and objective information and to monitor and control the volume of accumulation of solid household waste.

Kuznetsov S.A., Kashchenko М.А. ROBOTIZATION IN MODERN CONDITIONS OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-90-94

Abstract: The study of the implementation of robotization in modern conditions of human resource management is becoming more and more relevant in our rapidly developing world. There are numerous discussions on the digitalization of the economy and humanity, large-scale and local trends in the use of advanced technologies and IT solutions by business entities are considered. The field of application of robots is rapidly expanding, and their actions are hidden for users, and in this sense HR-bots are "black boxes". Proceeding from this, scientists are faced with the task of thoroughly analyzing the structure, functions, etiquette and actions of robots on the efficiency of an economic entity.

Researchers around the world are focusing on the transition to a human resource management model based on IT developments, opening up the ability to use big data for HR analysts.

As for Russia, we can clearly see that new technologies are being introduced very progressively and the involvement of staff in the automation process within the organization is at a high level, but if we look much deeper, we will notice that in Russia automation is more focused on a separate business process rather than replacing the human unit with a robot.

The purpose of this article is to study the development of robotization in modern conditions of human resource management, as well as to study the problems faced by business entities in connection with the implementation of robots in control practice.

Keywords: IT-development, robotics, human resource management, HR-function, innovation.

DOI: 10.34220/2308-8877-2020-8-2-116-122

Abstract: The article examines and analyzes production processes in the structure of ongoing business processes on the example of furniture enterprises. At the analyzed enterprises, there is a need to adjust various flow processes that ensure the functioning of the business process for the production of furniture products. The crisis conditions in the competitive market determined a number of conditions, as a result of which many enterprises, including furniture ones, faced the problem of safe production under the conditions of restrictive measures. The activity of enterprises was affected by a decrease in demand, an increase in prices for the products of suppliers, namely, raw materials and material resources. Some enterprises are forced to reorient production with a minimum of human labor, but this cannot be done in the shortest possible time. The transition to "smart" production while keeping prices at the same level is possible only with competent management of current business processes. The article analyzes production business processes based on the methodology for optimizing primary and secondary processes. It is proposed to divide all business processes into production and business processes occurring during the sale of furniture products.
